YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga works the body with passive, longer-held poses. This class targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. In Yin Yoga, you practice stretching and deepening into poses, which helps you open up any blockages and release the energy to flow freely.
It is a slow-moving practice where you will be able to find space to turn inwards and tune into your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
