Cardio pilates is a fun and energizing class design to shape your legs and tone your abs. It is a low impact, 30-minute workout, which mostly consists of bodyweight exercises performed at a high repetition rate. It is a great way to get your workout done and dusted in a short and sweet way, for those of you who do not have too much time on hand. During this session, we help you create the perfect look for your tummies, tights and tails.
