Qi Flow boxing is a fitness-based self-defense class with the use of force mitts gloves. During those sessions, you will discover various boxing techniques, understand your own body centre, and learn how to move with purpose. This class is based on a sequence of exercises, which flow from one technique to another and are set up in a way that will work your body and stimulate your brain. Regular participation in this type of exercise will help you get your fighting skills up and promote the production of new brain cells for creating new synapses.
