low-impact flexibility, strength and endurance movements. The main goal for Pilates is to build core muscles, improve posture, stabilize the spine and develop balance and stability in your body.
In our studio, we promote Pilates as one of the prime ways to move your body and learn how to sustain perfect posture for a lifetime. This class is one of the basic classes designed for everyone, where you will get a really good core workout, and take some knowledge which you can use in your everyday activities.
