Yoga Stretch


The Flow Yoga class presented at our studio is a unique combination of traditional yoga poses flowing into a Qi Gong practice that enhances breathing and relaxation. In this session, you will be taken through a variety of movements that will improve your flexibility and bring balance to your body and mind.  Flow Yoga is a breath-initiated practice that connects our every action with the intention of moving towards what is sacred and most important to us.
