Combat Conditioning is a fast pace 30min session designed to improve your fitness, agility and cross-core connections. This class combines light resistance training, plyometric and speed exercises to build your aerobic capacity, muscles endurance, and power. During this workout, we are teaching you how to use our kinetic chains to move rapidly and build core control. Thanks to the variety of quick movements included in this class, you will feel the rush of endorphins and increase your metabolism. This is a perfect class to build real life strength and fitness for everyday situations.
