Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low impact, repetitive movements designed for your full body. The main goal of this class is to improve your posture, balance and flexibility.
In our studio, we promote Barre as a fun, energizing workout to the beat of the music. It’s a class where we using ballet barre to help you keep the balance while taking you through a variety of stability exercises. During this session, you’ll be able to work on your hips and ankle's mobility as well as core and upper body strength.
