Bailey is a seasoned Strength & Conditioning Coach with a background in functional training, athletic performance, and gym leadership. Certified in TRX, Kettlebells, MMA Conditioning, and more, he leads Qi Athletic and Strength classes that build strength, endurance, and resilience in every member.

CLAUDIA B
Claudia is a passionate aerial yoga instructor who blends movement, mindfulness, and sound healing. Trained in Vinyasa flow, restorative aerial, and meditation, she creates dynamic yet calming classes. She also teaches Kids Aerial, often using singing bowls for a playful, holistic, and empowering experience.

DIANA
Diana is Qi Flow’s assistant manager and a vital support behind the scenes. With over five years in fitness, she brings energy, experience, and heart to both coaching and operations. She teaches Barre and Cardio Pilates, and her calm presence, work ethic, and care make her an essential part of the Qi Flow family.

JULIE
Originally from London, Julie began teaching aerobics at 16 and went on to win gold medals in Judo. Now a certified Studio Pilates instructor with over five years of experience, she delivers precise, supportive, and challenging classes designed to help every client move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process.
