Large Group Training
Our Large Group Training sessions are at the heart of Qi Flow Studio. They are energising, motivating, and designed to support all fitness levels. With up to 20 people per class, you’ll experience the strength of community while still receiving personalised guidance from our expert instructors.
We offer a wide variety of sessions because we believe movement should reflect how you feel, whether that’s strong, calm, challenged, or supported. Class durations range from 30 to 75 minutes, including options for 45 and 60 minutes, so there’s something to suit every lifestyle and schedule.

Small Group Training
Our Small Group sessions are designed for those who want more personalised coaching, faster progress, and a deeper focus on strength, conditioning, and technique.
With small group sizes (maximum 6 participants), you’ll receive close attention from our expert coaches. They will help you lift heavier, move better, and achieve results you never thought possible.
