EVENTS

Regular events will be run by our guest instructors and specialists with a focus on education and training. With these sessions, we hope to bring you more in-depth knowledge about body, mind and nutrition. We believe that the only way to create a permanent change in lifestyle can only happen when we truly understand why we doing it, what are the benefits and how we can succeed. We are planning on running Workshops once a month during the weekend.
